It’s a wrap! This newsletter marks the end and a recap of my series Mel’s Staples. If you’ve been waiting for a summary of all the recipes - I think I have - and a list with recipes that use ingredients from your pantry and fridge aka your staples, this is it.

Over the past 4 months I have been sharing my go-to staples with you that allow me to make recipes that I find on Pinterest and that I create myself. And that’s exactly what I was aiming for with this series. To encourage and empower you to play around with your food and dishes. Yep, you’ve got my permission, even though your parents back in the day wouldn’t.
I just recently came up with a new sauce that was made of homemade parsley pesto, Tahini and Miso paste and that I drizzled over Pak Choi (that I had sautéd in some toasted sesame oil and soy sauce) from the garden. What a great combo.
In case you’ve missed any of the recipes I shared in the series, here’s the list. I have linked every recipe (including the staples I used for the recipe) in the Headline.
